These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WoofWell ("Service"), operated by Mind Proof Press ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using WoofWell, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

WoofWell is an AI-powered dog health companion that provides tools including breed identification, symptom checking, AI chat, health profile generation, vaccination tracking, weight logging, health journaling, vet reminders, and related features. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not a Substitute for Veterinary Care

WoofWell is not a licensed veterinary service and does not provide professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information provided by WoofWell — including AI-generated responses, symptom assessments, health profiles, and breed information — is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional veterinary consultation.

Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your dog's health concerns. In an emergency, contact an emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WoofWell. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at mindproofpress@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service
Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Abuse, harass, or harm other users
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it

6. AI-Generated Content

WoofWell uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, breed identifications, symptom assessments, and health information. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You use such content at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WoofWell — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Mind Proof Press and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Content

By uploading photos, entering text, or submitting any content through WoofWell, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. Dog photos submitted for breed identification are processed by Anthropic's API and are not stored by us.

9. Pro Subscription

WoofWell offers an optional paid Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MIND PROOF PRESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED HEALTH INFORMATION.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at mindproofpress@gmail.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of WoofWell after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
